HOW TO MAKE FRIED RICE.
Ingredients :
Sweet corn
Green beans
Green pea and kidney beans
Carrot
Green pepper
Red pepper
Spring Onion
Liver
Vegetable oil
Butter
curry, thyme and tumeric powder.
PROCEDURE:
1. Slice your carrot, green beans, green pepper, red pepper and onion into different bowl
2. Parboil ur rice and keep in a sieve or filter.
3. Boil the meat or chicken, add your curry, tumeric, maggi, onion and salt
4. Remove the meat, use the meat stock to cook your rice, while steaming the meat remember to use enough water that'll be used for rice. Make sure you don't over cook the rice
5. Drop the rice from the fire when the water is dried
6. Use another sauce pan add little vegetable oil and butter, Allow it to fry for sometime, add your diced liver, spring onions, red pepper and green pepper, green pea,sweet corn, carrot, green beans, kidney beans, thyme, maggi and curry then stir for a minute.
7. Pour the vegetables into the pot of the already cooked rice and stir.
