LAGOS STATE: This man disguised as a PHCN worker, entered into an estate, told a couple he met that he wanted to check their meter and that his colleagues would join him soon. He wanted to enter their living room but the husband refused. He insisted he would enter the living room, then the husband raised an alarm. The security men in the estate gathered around and held him. When they checked his bag, they found three pieces of cutlass and hammer. Weather in Lagos or any other State, remember festival period is around the corner and people that does not want work hard to earn a living are targeting any means to survive.
